Power Plus Wellness offers mind/body/spirit connection and healing for some of the most marginalized among us. Our loving, affirming, and soulful community regularly receives feedback that this work changes hearts while saving lives.

 

Our organic growth and exposure proves that when plus-size folx feel safe to show up, we SHOW OUT.  Every day we receive comments, DM’s and emails from all over the world wishing for a space like ours near them. We have a waitlist full of volunteers wanting to help spread our offerings. Our classes sell out in hours even as we continue to offer more.
